When possible, we reuse the strongest parts of the original garment and match thread or trims only when suitable materials are available. If additional materials are needed, they are quoted separately and approved before the work continues.
Turnaround depends on the project, fabric, and construction details, with many redesigns completed within ten to twenty business days. Final review is part of the process, and any extra adjustment is handled carefully without changing the agreed design.
